With over 20 years of experience, Molly Mae's career spans Air Force acquisitions, AI and edge processing startups, and Fortune 100 tech companies to include executive Chief Product Security leadership roles at Dell and HPE. A recognized expert in product security and a vocal advocate of responsible AI practices, she founded Salem CSO Partners to realize her vision of secure technology solutions that inspire trust and set the standard for transparent technology. Her experience enables Salem CSO to deliver seamlessly embedded advanced security practices across a wide range of technology portfolios while working in true partnership with clients to break down barriers and stay secure.

Molly Mae holds a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering - Metallurgy from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering – Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Molly Mae's holistic perspective, informed by her experience and education, allows her to translate strategic guidance into operational execution, drive innovation, and identify new opportunities for her clients and partners.
